Battle Creek honors utility administrator Perry Hart on retirement

"Perry will be greatly missed by his coworkers and the neighbors as he assisted during his career with the City of Battle Creek," Behnke said, offering thanks on behalf of the mayor’s office. No immediate successor or transition plan was announced in the report.
