The Waldwick Zoning Board opened its meeting by waiving the reading of five resolutions from a prior session and then took roll-call votes to approve several of those items, including matters identified in the discussion as Wilson (38 Campbell Street), Corrado (15), Spring 28 Kennedy Drive and Van Dyke (31).
Board members moved to waive the readings before each vote. Roll calls were recorded for each resolution; the transcript records at least one abstention on the Wilson matter and one or more recusals on the Kennedy Drive item. The board approved the items in succession, with motions made and seconded, and formal resolutions to be reflected in the meeting minutes.
Chair also announced the second application listed for the evening would not be heard because the applicant did not have required notices in time; that matter was postponed to the June meeting. The session closed after a brief discussion of old and new business and a reminder that site photos taken by board members during inspections are for recollection only and are not part of the official file.
The approvals were routine follow-ups on prior-business resolutions; final resolution language and the complete roll-call tallies will appear in the board's official minutes.
