Planning commission approves two site plans, cites corrected stormwater and site corrections

Ronak Patel returned to seek an amendment to a previously approved shopping-building addition, increasing the approved addition size from about 1,129 square feet to 1,317 square feet. Patel said he had dropped a second phase and focused on the first phase; Amanda told the commission the applicant had been responsive to required corrections and "the staff respectfully recommends approval of the site plan." The commission approved the amended plan unanimously.
Both approvals were framed as routine land-development actions following staff review and correction of earlier comments.
