The Zoning Board of Appeals held a public hearing on March 19 and recommended approval by a 6–0 vote. Staff and the village attorney presented the ordinance as consistent with those findings and moved approval.
Trustee Peterson moved to approve the ordinance; after a brief clarifying exchange, the board took a roll-call vote and the motion passed unanimously. President Kugler offered well wishes to the property owner.
