Staff recommended approval of the final site plan, a minor amendment to the previously approved mural plan, a tentative tract map and a minor deviation from sound attenuation requirements.
Planner Lisonbee Roscoe told the commission the proposal would replace two existing office buildings with two multifamily residential buildings and a privately owned neighborhood park open for public use.
