Dunlap, Ill. — The Dunlap Community Unit School District #323 Board of Education approved payment of $4,871,357.63 in bills for May, authorized permanent transfers of fund balances, and adopted a resolution approving a real estate exchange agreement at its June 18 regular meeting.

Earlier in the meeting the Board approved the Consent Agenda — including open session minutes for May 7, May 14 and May 21, closed session minutes of May 21, a Cooperative Agreement for Mutual Assistance in Response to Crisis, and an administrator contract for A. Miller — on a motion by Theresa Holshouser and a second by Mick Hall; the vote was unanimous.

The meeting adjourned at 7:13 p.m.
