Drainage board approves Peachtwood Sub Replat and two minor subdivisions, tables parcelization and tractor update

At its April meeting the Warrick County Drainage Board approved several routine land-use items and moved to table others that lacked required details for the record.

The board approved a $108.60 claim for "alpha laser" and then took up drainage for the Peachtwood Sub Replat of Lot 5. A presenter said the plan arose because the owner combined two planned solar buildings into a single commercial building and added a small parking area on the north side; updated storm-sewer calculations were prepared and submitted to staff. The Peachtwood drainage plan (location given near KC Road and Beachwood Drive, south of Castle in Ohio Township) was approved after motion and second.

The board also approved two minor subdivisions (the Wayne May minor split and Whitehead Manor minor split) after the presenters confirmed there was no change of use and no drainage required. Each item passed following a motion, a second and verbal 'Aye' votes.

A retracement survey/parcelization item was discussed but lacked an address for the record. The board voted to table the parcelization until the presenter supplies the property address. Similarly, updates on a front tractor (referenced as a 'Fendt' model) produced no new information and the board voted to table that item as well.

Board members asked staff to bring the missing parcel address and any needed documentation to the next meeting so those items can be reconsidered.
