Other items: The board approved the minutes for the May 20 regular meeting; noted correspondence about a $20.24 grand list and that 190 applicants are eligible for the town homeowners program (the board approved a $60,000 line item and a recommended $310 benefit for 100% owners, prorated for partial owners); and confirmed that no actions were taken during an executive session to discuss contract negotiations.
