The town would charge its WISE cost plus delivery and a 5% loss factor for any such deliveries.
Staff noted the town’s existing WISE portfolio (about 2,000 acre‑feet) and said adding 250 acre‑feet from Pinery would slightly lower the town’s average cost for that supply. The purchase was budgeted from 2025 funds carried forward; council approved the resolution unanimously.
