Somerville board unanimously approves amended meeting schedule for November and December

At the start of the Oct. 15 meeting the Somerville Board of Adjustment approved a resolution to amend its meeting schedule for November and December, moving to one meeting in each of those months. The board said the change reflects progress in clearing backlog now that it has moved to two meetings per month earlier in the year.
The resolution was moved and seconded and passed by roll call. Board leadership noted the schedule change will help staff and volunteer members manage caseload while still accommodating statutory notice and filing requirements.
