"Today I'll be requesting your support to address several administrative issues that will help us unlock key grants and funding programs," Peterson said, reviewing staff recommendations that included adopting resolution number 26OO5 and resolution 26.004 and approving agreements numbered in staff materials.
Commissioners had no substantive public comments on the item. Marina Novelli moved the item; a colleague seconded. The clerk took a roll call and the committee approved the resolutions and agreements by voice/roll-call vote.
Why it matters: staff said the agreements are prerequisites for receiving state grant funds and program supplements needed to advance multiple rail projects across Riverside County. Approving the master documents allows RCTC to accept and administer Caltrans and CalSTA funding when awarded.
