Roseville Joint Union High board approves PowerSchool assessment platform; declines employee appeal in closed session

The Roseville Joint Union High School Board on Aug. 26 approved a districtwide agreement to adopt PowerSchool as the district's assessment and analytics platform and reported a closed-session action declining to hear an appeal of a complaint against an employee.

Board members voted to approve item 6.9 after a short question-and-answer period. Dr. Caro, the district's education services presenter, told trustees the platform will consolidate district common assessments, provide quick data visualizations for teachers and professional learning teams, and allow teachers to build and share assessments aligned to standards.
