Miss Little said landlords should be required to schedule trash pickup within a specified timeframe so belongings are not left in the community; Mister Weaver suggested coordinating with the sheriff’s civil division to ensure deputies and crews follow consistent procedures; Mister Rasco asked staff to consider how this would interact with the county’s absentee-landlord ordinance.
