Commissioners press administration on Oracle contract amendments and $6.9M increment

Staff said corresponding budget entries and transition details would appear in the FY27 budget and that oversight will continue in committee.

The commission approved the government operations report items as presented (with routine votes recorded), but several commissioners asked staff to provide more detailed reporting on the scope of services, the total incremental cost, timelines for the wind-down, and how positions will be converted to county employment.
