Traffic and public-safety concerns near Davis Road were cited as reasons to proceed cautiously.
Following discussion, the jury removed the food-truck amendment from the morning agenda and directed staff to re-advertise and take public comment so the matter can be reconsidered with more community input at a later meeting.
