Commissioner Helms moved to approve the rezoning; Commissioner Atkinson seconded and the Board voted 5‑0 in favor. The Board also adopted a consistency statement for the rezoning (motion by Commissioner Neeley, seconded by Commissioner Helms; vote 5‑0). The Planning Director noted staff would remove the word "gravel" from a condition to allow paving of the lot if needed.
