The commission then approved the minutes from its Feb. 5 meeting by voice vote.
On the first site-plan item, planning staff reviewed required elements for an accessory building submitted for Chris Byrd at approximately 486 North 700 East in the Genola Farm Subdivision (Plot B, Lot 7). Staff noted the plan needed a north arrow, scale, an aerial view, existing and proposed utilities, and setback measurements; commissioners confirmed the proposed setbacks exceeded requirements. A motion to approve the accessory-building site plan carried by voice vote.
The commission next reviewed a proposed new-home site plan for Parker Fillmore at approximately 562 West 630 South in the F Meekum/Newcomb subdivision (Block F). Staff confirmed property lines, easements, existing and proposed utilities and that required front/side/rear setbacks were shown. Commissioners moved to approve the home site plan; the measure passed by voice vote.
No members of the public had signed up to comment during the public forum.
The meeting closed after routine commissioner comments and a voice vote to adjourn.
