- Approved the regular agenda and consent agenda (consent amended by removing item 11b). - Approved a resolution authorizing preparation of plans and specifications for the Rossman Avenue street and utility improvements (project estimate ~ $1.5 million; assessments to affected properties anticipated). - Approved issuance of an intoxicating liquor license and Sunday license to Detroit Lakefront Lodge LLC, 1200 E Shore Drive (liquor/gambling control committee recommended approval). - Approved a revised cooperative agreement with Becker County regarding Westlake Drive phase 3 and beach improvements; the county will not contribute to boat landing costs (county contribution ~ $55,000 removed). - Set a facilities-plan public hearing for the North Side utility and street project for Feb. 10 and authorized advertisement for bids for the 270th Avenue utility and street improvements. - Approved final payment terms for the public works facility contingent on completion of warranty punch-list items and approved purchase of a skid-steer attachment from department funds. - Approved a sponsorship agreement with Essentia Health for Washington Ballpark (exhibits define advertising rights; payments over 10 years; total $790,000); finance committee recommendation passed 3–1. - Approved a union contract with MPEA for police sergeants covering 2026–2028. - Approved appointments and reappointments to the Arts & Culture Commission and Public Utilities Commission and approved annual license renewals for 2026.
