Pearl River County board approves hires, personnel moves and acknowledges public presentations; holds two executive sessions with no action

Under sheriff’s business, the board approved an Agreed Order of Forfeiture concerning currency seized from Willie Tyrone Fair, recording that $17,040 was seized and $8,520 forfeited to the Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office; the minutes direct issuance of a check for $8,520 and reference attorney fee disbursement to Matthew Sherman Sullivan of Sullivan and Sherman, PLLC.
