Separately, the board approved an omnibus set of agenda items (A–N) that included vendor payments (for example, $303,547.22 to the City of Chicago for water service), a resolution to execute a Master License Agreement for the collocation of small wireless facilities with Chicago SMSA Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, and a contract award and appropriation for the Roosevelt Road Water Main Improvements Project to Suburban General Construction, Inc. The omnibus motion was moved and seconded and carried unanimously.
Attorney Jurusik’s presentation initiated a staff‑level review; trustees did not name a permanent standing commission at the meeting and instructed staff to determine the appropriate commission to carry out the study. The omnibus approvals allow staff to proceed with vendor payments and the Roosevelt Road construction procurement per the contract documents presented.
