The staff member also said A and W were replacing water heaters and that PEMA would remove the emergency heat trailer the following day.
Agency official (the warden) delivered statistics for February: "we had 66 total admissions, 50 releases. Our average population for the month of February was 123 with the total population as of the February, 137 inmates." In the same turn the warden also stated, "Total admissions for the month of February was a 116," and additionally reported nine transports and 13 hospital-visit days. The transcript contains these inconsistent admissions figures (66 versus 116); the inspectors' minutes should be checked to confirm which admission total is correct.
The work-release director, Schubert, was noted absent and other staff covered his duties; the board accepted the maintenance, ward and personnel reports by voice vote. No executive-session report was released at the public portion of the meeting.
