The Loveland City Council unanimously approved on first reading Ordinance No. 6755 to designate the Fairgrounds Bridge at 700 South Railroad Avenue as a historic landmark. Staff described the action as correcting a processing error and indicated no extended presentation was necessary.
Marianne Duran presented the item and council waived a full presentation; no members of the public offered comment on the item. After brief confirmation that councilors had reviewed the packet materials, the council voted in favor.
The ordinance passed on first reading and will return for a second reading per normal ordinance procedure.
