No members of the public offered comments on the proposed quiet-hours amendments during the hearing. Council members did not record debate or a vote on the ordinance at that time.
Following the readings and public-comment period, Council Member Susann House moved to close the public hearing and return to the regular council meeting; Council Member Pat Argyle seconded and the motion carried with the members present voting in favor. The council did not adopt Ordinance #26-06 during the public hearing.
