Contracts approved or listed on the agenda included: - Friends Association for Care and Protection of Children: contract in the amount of $263,985.70 (term 01/01/2026–08/31/2026) to fund emergency housing (up to 40 households) using HUD Community Development Block Grant CARES Act funds (100% federally funded). - Holcomb Associates: contract for a Master Lease Housing Program for adults and transition‑age youth with serious mental illness (amount $331,960; state HealthChoices funding, 100% state funded). - Benari Law Firm: contract amendment for conflict counsel legal services at the common pleas level ($46,063.18; 02/09/2026–12/31/2026; 100% county funded).
Grants approved by voice vote included a juvenile probation services grant ($330,093; no county match) from the state via the Juvenile Court Judges Commission, and a Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency award ($175,400) to support the Suicide Prevention Partnership.
