Delaware County Libraries report 1.5 million visits in 2025; county presents resolution

The system serves 26 independent member libraries at 28 locations, she said.
Lakepool highlighted new and expanded services including a 24/7 'Chat with a Librarian' reference option, expanded home‑delivery service for eligible residents, and Museum Key, a pass‑reservation platform for regional cultural institutions. She invited residents to National Library Week events and said the Read at Rose Tree event will kick off April 18 as part of the county’s Earth Day celebration.
Council presented a resolution recognizing library staff and recent award honorees. "This year's theme is 'Find Your Joy,'" Lakepool said, describing libraries as places for career help, community connection and lifelong learning.
