Commissioners Scott Dunn, Harry Dutch Kaufman and Vince Vicites voted yes on all recorded motions. Items approved included behavioral health contract amendments, several children-and-youth purchase-of-service agreements, multiple hires and promotions across county departments, and property transactions including a lease extension with the U.S. Postal Service and a quitclaim deed to the Southwest Pennsylvania Railroad Company. Motions to table awards for county vehicle tires, fuel and janitorial supplies were taken because dollar amounts were not listed in the meeting materials or only a single bid was received.
