- A memorandum of understanding with Lawrence County to participate in HUD Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes efforts; Lawrence County will serve as the responsible entity for environmental review under 24 CFR 58-35 and will assume that role for the projects in Indiana County at no cost to Indiana County. Lawrence County was awarded $5,000,000 in Lead Hazard Control funds and $750,000 in Healthy Homes Supplemental funding.
- Purchase of a 2026 Transit-350 van from Tristar Motors for $78,080.55 for county jail transport needs.
- Approval of three surplus vehicle bids: 2016 Ford Explorer to Heide Weston for $8,888; 2016 Ford Explorer to Sadler Auto for $5,800; and 2014 Ford Explorer to Sadler Auto for $5,500.
