Convergence Health tells Elko council it has rebranded and expanded services

A Convergence Health representative told the council the former ECHC has rebranded, added a cancer center in partnership with NGM, and will expand ophthalmology and total joint care at its Easton Mall location.
Claire Jensen, business development specialist at Convergence Health, addressed the council during public comment to announce the health center’s rebrand from ELCO Community Health Center and to describe service expansion at the Easton Mall location. "We are completing our rebrand to Convergence Health, formerly known as ELCO Community Health Center," Jensen said, and listed services including general surgery, bariatric surgery, interventional cardiology, pediatric dentistry, and a newly opened cancer center in partnership with NGM that offers chemotherapy and tele-oncology support.
Jensen invited residents to learn more online or by phone and offered to leave informational flyers with staff. The mayor and council thanked the representative and wished the center success in expanding local care.
