Board member Valtakis moved to continue the hearing and board member Douglas seconded the motion. The chair opened the electronic vote, which recorded four yes votes, and the continuance passed.
The continuance means staff and the applicant will have additional time to resolve outstanding comments before the Board of Adjustment reviews the application on May 12. No public testimony was recorded on the continuance at this meeting.
