The revised time‑and‑materials proposal raises the contract by approximately $91,202.28. Council members questioned arithmetic on the slide; staff acknowledged a math error in the presentation but confirmed the contract document shows $183,458.
Councilman Hannon moved to approve the contract amendment and the council voted 4–0. Altek said the work remains within multi‑year budgeted amounts and the contract timing may extend work rather than require an immediate budget adjustment. The work supports parcel mapping and legal conveyance tasks required under the federal conveyance program staff identified, which Altek tied to the city’s long‑term development planning.
