Chickasaw County approves minor subdivision and initiates urban renewal amendment process

The resolution was approved by motion (Cerwinske, seconded by Breitbach) and the chair was directed to certify the resolution; the document is on file with the county auditor.
At the same meeting the board voted to begin the process for Urban Renewal Plan Amendment #3 and to contact legal counsel Ahlers & Cooney and financial advisor Piper Sandler to start that work (motion by Breitbach, seconded by Carter; roll call all ayes). The board recorded the motions and directed staff to proceed with consultant contact and preliminary steps for the amendment.
