Resolution 2026-144, read by the clerk, approves a request for a special leave of absence for employee 001284 under the borough’s employee handbook, section 39. A motion to approve the resolution was made, seconded and carried on a roll call vote recorded by the clerk: Lerner — Aye; Dolan — Yes; Jaffer — Yes; Kamisky — Aye; McKnight — Yes; Gardner — Yes. The resolution was adopted.
The clerk then read Resolution 2026-145, approving a request for family medical leave for employee 001472 under the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1992. That motion was also moved, seconded and adopted after a roll call with the same recorded votes: Lerner — Aye; Dolan — Yes; Jaffer — Yes; Kamisky — Aye; McKnight — Yes; Gardner — Yes.
After the votes the clerk asked for a motion to adjourn; the motion and second were approved and the meeting closed. In closing remarks the clerk said, "I'm tired. Good night, everyone."
