Matt Flynn said the applicant’s final site plan approval (originally granted 01/03/2024) requires additional time because municipal water approvals are outstanding; the applicant asked for an extension to 01/03/2027 to continue negotiations with Franklin Township Water.
The board granted the extension by motion and roll call vote and recorded the request as accepted, with members noting the extension was conditioned on the applicant continuing to work with the township’s water department.
