"On May 8, we will be presenting to the Board of Regents to showcase everything that the student advisory committee has been working on," Chair Lawson said, inviting a representative from each campus to present.
The SAC asked each campus to prepare two slides: one outlining projects and initiatives the campus SGA is working on, the second covering broader campuswide initiatives. Presenters may be SAC representatives or other SGA members. Each campus’s two slides are expected to take about two minutes total, and the committee emphasized concise, professional presentations.
To keep the presentation consistent, SAC will provide a two-slide template and centralize submissions. Slides should be sent to Dakota or Tyler by April 10 (the next SAC meeting). IT will consolidate the slides, run the live PowerPoint during the Board of Regents meeting, and lead a practice session so transitions run smoothly during the virtual presentation. Chair Lawson said the SAC may request each campus to wear business casual or professional attire while presenting.
