Presenter (speaker 4) then nominated Sherry Borman as the district's staff champion of the month for her work in transportation, including coordinating field trips and helping implement a new stop-finder app integrated with Infinite Campus.
Board members and staff praised the honorees for their dedication. Several members invited recipients and guests to remain for photographs and a reception following the recognitions.
The meeting proceeded to other business after the presentations.
