Hardy said proceeds would go to the family and that organizers were requesting “up to 2 to 3 food trucks” and expected “potentially up to 500, but no more participants” including players and spectators; she added no alcohol would be provided. The board asked about which fields would be used; Hardy said the west side fields (1'5) were reserved though the event might only use some of them. Sinead moved to approve the permit; Matt seconded and the motion carried with seven yes votes.
