• Approval of March 5, 2026 minutes: Commissioner Brian Whitney moved to approve the minutes as presented; Anne Brown seconded. The motion passed, four in favor, none opposed. Present and voting: Malia Collins, Anne Brown, Caitlin McLennan, Brian Whitney; Commissioner Marcia Hadenfeldt was excused.
• Approval of March 19, 2026 work session minutes: Whitney moved to approve the minutes as corrected; Caitlin McLennan seconded. The motion passed, four in favor, none opposed.
• Land Use Clearance approvals: None.
• Adjournment: Commissioner Brian Whitney moved to adjourn; McLennan seconded. The meeting adjourned at 6:48 p.m. (No roll-call vote was recorded in the minutes for the adjournment motion.)
