County Administrator Byron Waid presented the new Access Control Policy (AP 108), which the commission approved unanimously after a motion by Commissioner Jerry Tingle and second by Commissioner Stan Acker. County Engineer Scott Anders described an amended Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) stormwater grant application that revised project locations but kept the overall project map and budget intact; the commission approved the amended application, which was described as not to exceed $150,000.
