UAMPS pooling agreement (Resolution 3 1 2026): The council also approved Resolution 3 1 2026 authorizing the amended and restated power pooling agreement with UAMPS; the motion passed 4-0 (Bagley, Johnson, Payne and Sirrine voting yes). The resolution includes governance changes, mandatory purchase plans and a five-year opt-out provision.
