Trustee Susan Miller moved to approve an invoice from Bolton & Menk for professional services in the amount of $245.00; Trustee Jeff Jorgensen seconded and the motion carried unanimously, authorizing payment to Bolton & Menk.
Trustee Jeff Jorgensen moved and Trustee Susan Miller seconded to close the South Noble Lake Drainage District meeting; the motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned.
