CDA selects Trellis for 40‑unit affordable housing proposal; transitional housing opens

Joe added that market studies and RFP responses will support a New Prague section of broader regional market analysis, and that educational programming (first‑time homebuyer workshops and business financing sessions) will continue to be offered to residents and small businesses.
The CDA’s selections and program updates were presented for board awareness; staff said further updates will follow as tax‑credit and financing work progresses.
