Board President (Chair) announced the removal of two consent-agenda items from the meeting (a proposed contingent-fee contract for delinquent tax collection and an Education Elements LIFT support agreement) before Trustee Sanchez moved to accept the consent agenda as amended; that motion also passed unanimously.
