Dr. Kara Coglanese and the business manager were asked to return cost comparisons, examples of likely conference expenses, and usage data so the board can decide whether and how to change the policy.
Next steps: administration will provide historical usage and current pricing to support a policy review; the board will revisit the question after receiving that information.
