Wyoming Police Department swears in Matt Pavila as sergeant

The oath was administered and Pavila recited a pledge to support the constitutions of the United States and the state and to discharge faithfully the duties of police sergeant for the City of Wyoming, Minnesota. Council members congratulated Pavila after the oath, and family members were allowed to pin his badge.
