The council recorded the specific streets slated for resurfacing: Jessica Street from Benjamin to Hayden Court; Meadowlands Drive from Paddington Way to Daisy; Clover Drive from Meadowlands to Daisy; and Wildflower Drive from Meadowlands to Daisy. A council member moved to approve the low bid and award the Community Crossings matching grant; the motion was seconded and passed by roll call.
The decision allows staff to move forward with procurement and scheduling under the state-local Community Crossings program. No objections were recorded. The council did not amend the bid amount and indicated routine project oversight and contractor coordination will follow the award.
