Chachas also asked for a calendar of events from 2024 to present, pressed about the Ely Renaissance Society's event planning, and requested the status of the Broadbent Park grandstand and monthly rental income figures.
Board members did not make new commitments to produce all requested documents during the meeting; the director and staff will handle follow-up as indicated in the minutes.
