Councilmember Travis Goracke moved to approve a professional services agreement with Olsson for Arrowhead Drive improvements for $10,500; Councilmember Lance Beethe seconded the motion and the council recorded the vote as Aye: Beethe, Brommer, Goracke, Topp; Nay: none; Absent: Britt, Speckmann.
