"I’m Elizabeth Bridal from Pennsylvania College of Technology," Speaker 8 told commissioners and said the county had worked with the college to submit an application and that the Department of Community and Economic Development required the resolution to come from the county for signature authority. The draft resolution presented names the County of Lycoming as applicant and requests $247,000 to be used for equipment purchases in the college’s aviation technology and heavy equipment operator programs, specifically listing ground power units and a motor grader in the submitted resolution text.
