Luke Crum nominated for chair; Tony nominated as vice chair of Boulder City Planning Commission

The planning commission conducted its annual election of officers Jan. 21. Staff (Nikisha Lyons) explained the nomination process and said that if only one nomination is made that person is elected by acclamation.
Commissioner (speaker 3) nominated Luke Crum for chair. The nominee accepted on the record and the chair recognized the election, after which the commission conducted the same process for vice chair; Commissioner (speaker 2) nominated "Tony," who accepted and was congratulated as vice chair. Commissioners confirmed the change takes effect immediately.
No public comment was received during the nominations process. The commission then proceeded to other agenda items.
