Commissioners asked administration staff to work with the superintendent and HR to determine whether title changes or range adjustments are appropriate; the superintendent said modest increases to stationery and computing budgets would enable equipment replacement without materially changing the overall county appropriations.
No budget vote occurred; commissioners praised the superintendent’s long service and asked staff to follow up on the HR and technology requests.
